Useful Sales is a trading name registered in England and Wales. References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to Useful Sales.

Our products and services

We offer downloadable resources, one-to-one coaching sessions, and ongoing partnership programmes to help small business owners improve their sales approach.

Placing an order

When you purchase a product or service, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a contract between us.

We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion, in which case we will provide a full refund of any payment made.

Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Cancellation and refunds

For downloadable products: once a download has been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund unless the product is faulty or materially different from its description.

For coaching sessions: you may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

For monthly partnership programmes: you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are given for part-months already paid.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Useful Sales are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our resources and coaching are designed to support your sales development, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results will vary depending on your individual circumstances and how you apply what you learn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
